Services. AV360 provides Home Cinema Installation, Home Theater Installation, TV Mounting, Custom Shades, Lutron Programming, Smart Home Automation, Full Theater Installation and related services. Service descriptions on the Site are for general informational purposes; specific scope, pricing, and timelines are confirmed in writing prior to engagement.
User Conduct. You are responsible for any information you submit and for maintaining the confidentiality of any account access. You agree to use the Site lawfully.
Acceptable Use. You may not (a) use the Site for any unlawful purpose; (b) interfere with the operation of the Site; (c) attempt to access any non-public area; or (d) scrape, copy, or republish Site content without prior written permission.
Intellectual Property. All content on https://homecinemastcloud.com, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of AV360 or its licensors and is protected by U.S. and international copyright laws.
Charges. All service fees are agreed in writing in advance. Your service agreement specifies payment schedules and any refund provisions.

No Warranties. AV360 disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. Site use is at your own risk.
Cap on Damages. Liability of AV360 arising under these Terms is limited, in total, to the fees paid by you in the prior 12-month period.
Indemnification Duty. You agree to indemnify AV360 from any third-party claim resulting from your breach of these Terms or your misuse of the Site.
Applicable Law. These Terms are construed under FL law. The parties consent to venue and jurisdiction in FL for any related dispute.
Term Changes. AV360 may modify these Terms at any time. Updates take effect upon posting on this Site, and continued use is deemed acceptance.
